Sentido Phenicia, Hammamet

The hotel is nestled amongst tropical gardens with a private secure beach to the front and two lovely pools. The rooms have a nice big balcony, cleaned daily, and come with fresh towels. The overall service from all staff members, including room cleaners and waiters, was very good. However, the timing for clearing up at lunch could be more considerate. The location is fantastic, providing a beautiful setting right next to the beach and offering various activities. Dining at the BBQ was a pleasant experience. An area for improvement would be the prompt clearing of the BBQ area by 9 pm. The facilities are well-maintained with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right by the beach and surrounded by beautiful gardens. The rooms were impeccably cleaned daily, and the beds were so comfortable. The service was outstanding, with everyone from the room cleaner to the bar staff going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The dining experience at the BBQ was delightful, and the home-made jams were a real treat. The facilities, including the two lovely pools, exceeded my expectations. However, the only downside was the slightly higher price compared to other options.
